Published on February 17th, 2023, the Ordinance No. 20, from the Department of Treasury, disciplines how trials and judgments, held within the IRS’ Federal Revenue Judgment – DRJs, shall take place.
The aforementioned Ordinance No. 20 regulates Administrative Proceedings with values below 1.000 minimum wages, which is equivalent to R$ 1.302.000,00, or approximately US$ 250.000,00.
