In CIRCULAR 08/15, sent on 2/27/15, we comment on the changes in the legislation of the social security contribution on gross revenue - CPRB.
The changes mentioned here were provided by Provisional Measure 669/15. It turns out that the President of the National Congress Bureau by the Declaratory Act NATIONAL CONGRESS on 5 of 03/03/2015 (DOU 03/05/15), said the loss of effectiveness of this standard.
Thus, all the MP 669/05 proposed changes should be disregarded until new act is published.
