By means of Normative Instruction RE No. 021/17, published today in the Official State Gazette, the State Treasury extends until May 31, 2019, the requirement of the registration of passage in the entries in the RS of bovine leather, classified in NCMs 4101 and 4104 , from other Federal Units, by modal road, whose fiscal document cover an operation with a value greater than R $ 10,000.00.
The Ticket Registration is an event of the Electronic Invoice (NF-e). This registration will be made available by consulting the NF-e access key on the SEFAZ / RS website or alternatively in the NF-e National Portal (www.nfe.fazenda.gov.br) that should be made upon receipt of the merchandise in the establishment.
We emphasize that under the terms of item IX, of article 13, of Book II, of the RICMS / RS, the tax document that falls within the above provisions and does not have a transit record is considered inidôneo, and the use of the ICMS credit in this situation is forbidden , as it also disciplines item VIII, article 33, of Book I, of the RICMS / RS.
